God wants to do new things in your life! In Revelations 21:5, Jesus says: Behold, I am making all things new. Indeed, God always wants to do new things. He is the Creator and He will never stop creating. He even wants to turn our biggest mistakes for good. The Bible says that God can work all things together for good. This means, also your biggest mistakes and deepest valleys. God wants to give you a hopeful future all over again. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. When God makes you a promise, He will keep it. Our God doesn’t lie. The only thing we have to do, is ask Him. Jeremiah 29:12: Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. Isn’t that hopefull? !
So, it doesn’t matter, the kind of circumstances you’re in. God always wants to work them for good. But why don’t a lot of Christians experience this? Because they can’t let go of the past. They keep wandering in pain, bitterness, disappointments, unforgiving ness,… The only way to move on, is, to close the door of your past. This works as a lock door (picture). First of all, the door to your past will have to be closed, before the door to the future will open.
Philippians 3:13-14 "But one thing I do [it is my one aspiration]: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the [supreme and heavenly] prize to which God in Christ Jesus is calling us upward." (Amplified Bible)
A lot of Christians get stuck in life and miss, as a consequence, God’s purpose for their lives because they can’t and won’t let go of the past. Your past, how nice or awful it may have been, can’t be changed. Yesterday will never come again! Tomorrow isn’t there yet. So, make the right choice today and change your attitude. Forgive! Let go! Forget! And reach out to the plan of God for your life. Because that plan is good and fantastic! (I hope to put a new sermon about this topic online, so come back soon!)

This site has been built to tell the whole world
the good news of Jesus Christ. We want to tell the message of
John 3:16, That God loves you so much, even if you make many
mistakes. He gave His only son Jesus for you, so that you
will be saved for all eternity. Not because you deserve
it, no, but for free. That is His Grace! How can you
receive this eternal life? Just ask God! Tell Him
that you can’t do it on your own, that you make the same
mistakes over and over again. Ask Him to forgive you and thank
Him for the sacrifice that Jesus gave for YOU. The Bible
tells us, that, if you believe in Jesus as the
Son of God and if you ask Him to forgive your sins, you won't
get lost, and you will have eternal life! Just take a few minutes of your
time to pray this prayer with us:
Dear God, I come before you. Please forgive me all my mistakes and shortcomings. Thank you for Jesus who died on the rough wooden cross for me so that I may have eternal life through his sacrifice and grace. Help me to live as a good follower of Christ. Hold me and never let me go! Thank you to be forgiven now. Not because I deserve it, but through mercy, hidden in Jesus’ name. Amen and amen.

Immanuel Livestro was born in October of 1966 as the 5th child of Evert Livestro and Jennie vd Broek. 6 months before his birth, his father had been killed in a serious car accident, together with his uncle. The morning before the accident (on the 6th of April 1966), Evert blessed all his children and told his wife that, in case anything would happen to him, he would be with His Saviour and Redeemer.
